• High season (July /August):  from £2,200 per week
• Mid season (May / June / September):  from £1,400 per week
• Off-peak season (April / October):  from £850 per week
• Low season (November – March): from £750 per week

Rental Prices are inclusive of the following:

• Fully equipped and furnished villa and/or apartment
• All services (water, electricity)
• Bed and bath linen
• Detailed information pack
• Full villa/apartment management

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £250 (€300) breakage / damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Further Details

Linen is changed once per stay, all linen provided, just bring beach towels. The pool is cleaned regularly, at least twice a week during the high season, and the garden is professionally maintained.
