Cala Forn Beach

La côte comprend une série de petites baies (Calas) avec de magnifiques plages de sable, elles sont toutes calmes, propres et sans danger Une superbe promenade à faire le long de la falaise qui vous permet de parcourir toutes les petites baies et de trouver votre favorite.

Nous vous recommandons :

Platja Torrent del Pi: 3 minutes à pied de la villa, cette plage est recouverte de sable et galets avec une multitude de piscines rocheuses. Un très bon endroit pour pique-niquer ou pour se faire bronzer en toute intimité (du fait que ce soit presque toujours désert).

Cala Sant Jordi: une des plages de sable les plus populaire. Il y a un petit château médiéval près du parc de stationnement.

Cala Forn: une autre plage ravissante, parfaite pour les enfants.

Bonmont Golf CourseLocal Attractions

Golf: Bonmont Golf Course is only a 20 minute drive from the villa. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, this 18-hole golf course makes the most of the natural landscape and includes 90 bunkers and some testing water hazards. In the summer they hold concerts which have included international stars such as George Benson.

The golf club has excellent cuisine and is a beautiful place for non-golfers to meet for lunch.

Parc Sama: a beautiful fairytale park built in the grounds of an old house. Lakes, follies and bridges make it seem like a fantasy land. It has a small play park for young children as well as towers to climb. For more information visit  www.parc-sama.es

Ebro Delta: the Ebro Delta (Delta de L’Ebre) is a nature reserve with salt flats, rice fields and great fishing. You can catch a boat along the river to get a real sense of the beauty of this unique place.

Birdwatching: the Ebro Delta is one of the most important aquatic habitats of the western Mediterranean, and birds make up the most striking aspect of the wildlife. At any given time there will be between 50,000 and 100,000 individuals in residence belonging to three hundred species, 60% of the total number found in Europe. You can even see flamingos here.

Boat Trips: there are various boats and cruises that go up and down the coast between Tarragona in the north and L’Ampolla in the south. Many of them stop at L’Ametlla. It is lovely to see the coves from the sea so this can make a really good trip.

Markets: many of the local towns have weekly markets which are worth a visit. Market days are usually as follows: Cambrils – Wednesday; Ametlla de Mar – Thursday, Tarragona – Thursday, Hospitalet de l’Infant – Sunday
